What makes you feel like sitting at home with a cup of tea, when you know there's work to be done?

When your so very vulnerable is so hard to share but it's honestly the best thing you can do . With a friend , family member or on a forum like your on right now is the best if your feeling that scared about being mid understood .

I wish I didn't have to go on... Just hanging in here because of my parents, but this is getting more and more difficult...

This forum, Mind’s Side by Side and Samaritans are all alike.
Just a temporary distraction from hugely distressing , longstanding and ongoing complete mess. It’s not good to talk, that’s just an expression of self pity and dangerous introspection. I have no reason to be depressed and yet I am. This doesn’t help and it sickens me that so many organisations and charities point down this route as if it is enough. There is no hope, it’s cruel to suggest otherwise.

Never posted on anything like this before I just feel that rubbish and low and have no friends or family a 1 year old daughter im trying my best to be strong for borderline personality disorder and a terrible support system I just want someone to talk to who understands tbh I just want a hug from someone that cares and to be comforted but I have no one left :( I just wanted to find something that would make me feel better ? I cant be honest with professionals because they have to breach confidentiality I just wish I had someone I can talk to I could trust and be honest with there is nothing worse than feeling alone
