Good stuff...I read it last year and found it an easy read. He is an intelligent, fully functioning man with a busy career and family yet he still hit the floor...i hope you find it useful.

Totally agree Nath, I find it helpful watching and listening to others experiences. I also think thats one of my problems I massively fight against it and blame myself, Im guessing I find it hard to accept myself and go with the flow.

Sadly my distress is back again today. Its very common to lose appetite with depression. Make sure you drink plenty and just try to eat little and often if you cant face meals.
