Hi Nath As you know Ive shared some similar feelings with you this last week. Today I spoke to a support worker from Mind and it really helped. He told me how he has been in the same place we are at the moment. He believed nothing would change and he could see no future...but things DID get better, ...

I know what you mean, its more isolating and harder to feel as connected online...its just.bizarre times at the moment which defo arent helping me, Im better when I can see people face to face, roll on a vaccine then we can all try and get back to some normality, until then we have to reach out wher...

Thats all we can do, you are right.... only the one ive heard is when youre going through treacle keep going :) ive also heard some more rude ones but i wont mention them here!!

Sounds like a fab idea to me! Ive been getting some telephone support from my local Mind service and its been really helpful as he too has suffered aand ecovered from bad mental health. Ive found it positive experience so far.

Nath Im still with ya, ive just felt utter crap like urself all week. Lets keep plodding together...things surely can only get better for us. :)

My heart goes out to you, I think you have been through a lot with your birth trauma and that is not your fault! You deserve some proper help to get over your trauma then who knows what could happen with your relationship in the future. For now be very kind to yourself

Ur not alone...ive been pretty much the same, this afternoon I tried some meditation and relaxing music...I was there 2.5 hours!! Still churned up when finished....i just feel im heading for some big crash
