Re: ADHD/ADD and/or bipolar

Hello Jaraya, In a perfect world there would be a moderator reading this forum and responding to posts providing expert guidance following years of training and experience. Albeit a post is not the same as a therapist conducting a series of interviews and analysis etc. I've read your other posts... ...

Re: Ouch...that really hurt!

Hi lol76, Sorry I've only just seen your post after taking a break from forums for a while. I just needed to take a break, think about where I've got to along with the areas that I need to work on next. Set backs happen, I can't explain or understand why, but I just try to accept and recognise that ...

Re: Covid vaccination

Welcome to the forum, Personally I don't have an issue with anything you have said, the last couple of words gave me a laugh too. Getting things of your chest goes on here all the time. The regulars have seen it all before. Incidentally this government does not seem to care for any of us! I'd say ta...

Re: Hearing voices going mad paranoid

Hi neen,

Please book an appointment with your GP. The mind can trick us into believing all sorts of things and emotions and there can be many reasons for this, best thing to do is see the GP first, get plenty of rest, eat well and try and relax.

Take care...

Hi lemlem, Welcome to the forum. Really sorry to hear the tough time you are all going through. Re: A tough time at the moment

Lockdown is causing all kinds of problems, surprise, surprise, especially mental health problems ;) If you have arrived here of course you know that already. The following is taken from the book “Staying Alive” by Dr Phil Hammond. The acronym CLANGERS pretty much has it all. To stay well (or get bet...
