My First (positive) Blog

I spent some time the day before yesterday sitting by the river and entering into my journal.

Not only did it feel good but it made me realise that your surroundings can really reflect the way you write and it made me realise that being in a dire situation (like an abusive relationship for myself), journalling can be a way to take your mind away from your surroundings, even if it is physically impossible.
