Email support

Our email service is available for anyone who feels more comfortable writing down how they are feeling, or what support they would like.

We reply to each email individually, and normally are able to respond within 72 hours.

Email Support

Email support can be a good way of “testing the water” and finding out more about SANE– people are welcome to request a call from us at any time, or to continue emailing us – we will always read and reply. 

Our email service can be particularly beneficial for carers who may not be able to answer the phone, or for people who don’t have privacy to talk. We are also able to offer support via email to people who may not feel comfortable talking on the phone.

Some people who use our email service tell us that what they find most helpful is being able to re-read our words – it can provide reassurance during difficult moments.
