Easter 50 Challenge 2024
Join Team SANE for this egg-citing Easter 50 Challenge in aid of SANE. It’s a cracking experience not to be missed! Take on either a 50km Ultra or a historic 25km and make it an active Easter.
From the Windsor Racecourse base camp, some 1,500 adventurers will head out on looped routes through the Great Park with fantastic views of the Castle, on to Runnymede, along the Thames Path, and takes in some wonderful countryside.
You’ll get full support all the way, a few post Easter surprises, a celebration finish at base camp, and a BBQ meal. It’s a great way to kick off the 2022 Ultra Challenge season, and to get in shape for summer.

Easter 50 Challenge
When: 6th April 2024
Where: Windsor Racecourse, Berkshire
Distance: 50km or 25km
Registration fee: Depends on distance
Fundraising target: Depends on distance
From Windsor the 50km route follows The Thames Path with fantastic views of the riverside and surrounding countryside, passing Eton College, and old Windsor before a snacks and drink stop at Runnymede. You follow ‘The Great Walk’ towards Windsor Castle with epic views as you get close. A lunch stop back at base-camp, before beginning the 25km loop – with more of the Thames Path, a final rest stop at Dorney Court, then back to the Racecourse where a loud cheer and celebration await.

1. SELF FUNDING
You pay the full cost of the event place – fundraise whatever you want, with no set target or deadline, and there’s no cost at all to the charity!
50km Challenge
£139 – registration fee
25km Challenge
£89 – registration fee

The challenge balance of your event cost is met through raising a minimum sponsorship for SANE.
50km Challenge
£30 – registration fee PLUS at least

£20 – registration fee PLUS at least
£240 – charity sponsorship – Charity pays for your place on the event.

3. Mixed Funding
