Tell us about your experience of SANE’s services.

As part of our monitoring and evaluation process for 2011 SANE would like to know about your experiences of using our services.  This will help us assess our strengths and identify where there is room for improvement. 

We have developed a questionnaire to help us understand your experience of our services.  It takes about 10 minutes to complete, depending how much you wish to say.

The questionnaire is anonymous and strictly confidential.  You only need to answer those questions that are relevant to you; there are no ‘essential’ questions.
