Well done on you for getting that book! It's 400 pages long and I'm reading on my phone but its good no nonsense CBT stuff with the emphasis on C. It's refreshingly pre-internet and the fact it's stood the test of time says it all. There are exercises which are worth doing.

Hi Isap. Sent for It in paperback and my goodness I need a crane to support it.
It does make easy reading though so it does not seem too daunting.

Sound advice and I do believe it is having a positive effect already.
