certainly. the man's just out to make money. there are so many other sites available where you are not constantly bombarded with adverts for books/dvd's and various types of membership at various prices. on the homepage, the 'shop' is the next tab after welcome. says it all really.

Hi I have also come across this number for sane instead of 0845 but before i ring it i wanted to check it is the same 02073751002. I am looking for an alternative because i only rely on my mobile and 0845 is too expensive. Thanks

They have a fantastic free support line (check website for opening hours) and are great listeners.

Eventually managed to validate account only to find they don't deal with questions/issues re medication and Axis 2/personality disorders.
