journals

Postby emily67 » Fri Jan 08, 2016 4:35 pm

who here journals?.

does it help?

i've been journalling now since at least 2010 (on and off), and it's good to write my private thoughts in a safe place

havingn o one to talk too too, it helps to treat my journal as an actual human being (and i do do that, like it's my closest friend)

do you journal?

Just to say, sometimes. When I do it's because it's helpful

I don't journal but I do provide a daily snapshot of my mood which is like journalling I guess. Its for my CPN and I do often think that it might be helpful to expand it.
