Ugh, I'm sorry you're feeling alone. this sucks.
I have been feeling a lone a lot too, but I think it's because I haven't been socializing much. So, instead i've been writing and looking at my Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) book.
I wrote a poem today...something kind of dark, if you feel like reading- It's posted in the creative forum section. Maybe write something or journal? IF you do post something, let me know! I'd love to read it
