Suicide

I am scared I am going to kill myself. I tried reaching out to my family today and they told me to cheer up. I tried going to the hospital once and was treated pretty badly by the nurse behind the desk and there was an abusive drunk in front of me so I ran out. I don't want to be sectioned so I am scared to tell a health care professional of my plans and thoughts.

Please, does anybody know what I can do? I really can't take it any more but don't want to ruin my family s life.

Call The SANE help line http://www.sane.org.uk/what_we_do/support/ or the http://www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-he ... contact-us

They can talk to you and will be supportive without judging.

I know talking to a MH specialist or GP might be worrying but they can get you help.

Good luck

Steve.

Do as Steve says. Most of us have been where you are but suicide iss not the answer. Suicidal thoughts sure normal in your situation. Dont take them seriously. Its your brain playing tricks on you
