On a bad depressive day, try to hope.
If you try to hope, you may succeed and become hopeful.
If you are hopeful, you may be be prompted into action.
If you do act, something good may occur.
If something good occurs, this is likely to decrease depression.
Therefore, even if you are low, try and try to HOPE.
