Don't be sorry, nothing to be sorry about. It's interesting reading the comments and what people say, have read, believe, have experienced etc, so its all cool :) I relate to what you said about when feeling happier you eat more, as I do exactly the same! Then feel guilty for eating. I really want to lose weight, but I also love food! It can be such a comfort too when feeling down. I'm getting married next year and really want to lose a bit of weight and I hate seeing the rolls on my tum! I guess I need to work extra hard in losing weight and not beating myself up over it! Thanks for your help xx

im on 40mg of citolopram too
my weight is up and down but i think its what i eat as i go through stages of not eating mush during my first 2 meals and then eating a normal dinner.
I struggle keeping the motivation too not eat what i want as i like to comfort eat its a strugle everyday so i understand
i feel the same i love eating then when i finish it i feel fat and guitly and punish myself with sit ups

had the increase to 20mg and sends me into mania but still get mania when on the 10mg

could it be that the Citolapram isn't responsible for the mania? i think you need to talk to a professional about this, hugs, Judith xxx

me neither - just wondering whether the fact that 20mg seems to make mania worse but you still get mania on 10mg might mean that you need to have the citalopram reviewed as it might not be working for you, hugs, Judith xxx
