Thanks so much for all the wonderful links. I have also found some great supplements for supporting my mental health issues. Vitamin B12 and Magnesium in particular. Vit B12 is good for combating depression and Magnesium for my anxiety. If you are looking for reliable sources of these products make sure you do your research. Hope this helps you all out, Randy :)

From clicking on this link I can see that this organisation or network is no longer operating (due to the financial climate) and has transferred it's services to an organisation called The Silver Line which is about loneliness and older people.

I know it's a few years since the Depression Alliance was mentioned on here, but I just wanted to highlight that this is another or organisation or website that no longer exists due to financial pressures. I think they became part of Mind.
