Great news that you're going to see your GP. In the meantime, are you in the UK? you could try calling Mind 0300 123 3393 or the Samaritans 116 123 for a chat to see about some tips to help you cope. I try and revisit tips from my previous sessions of therapy as it is so difficult to keep all the coping stuff going
