Well I'm keeping up my headspace meditation. I like it. It's only 10 minutes but I find that enough. The mindful activity I find harder but I think if I put in the time each day it can only be to the good. I realise that when I did the course a few years ago I expected results. This time I'm doing it for the sake of it and any positives are a bonus.
The reality is that I've got chronic mental health problems and nothing is going to 'do the trick'.
