Hi Isap

I can't imagine how hard things are. My health, although I struggle, is nothing compared to your situation.

I hope you get to see a psychiatrist soon.

God Bless, Debs xx

Hi Debs

Thanks as always, keep those prayers coming. No sign of any psychiatrist yet but new meds on their way from Japan.

Hope things are improving for you.

Hi Isap

I hope your meds arrive very soon. Let's hope the psychiatrist turns up soon too.

I was fortunate in having some good days last week. This week's bad and yesterday and today have been awful. I spoke to a mental health worker at the surgery and asked about trying gabapentin or pregabalin. But dismissed due to side effects and because I take 2 other drugs for mental health. I find it hard to imagine the side effects being worse than this and if they were then obviously I'd stop them.

We have to keep fighting. You'll get through this but it's so very hard to see when you're in it.

With thoughts and prayers
God Bless

Hi ISAP

Hoping all is progressing for you, in terms of receiving meds and seeing psychiatrist. this is when we need to be strong and know that God is with us, in these t8mes of what seems like a delay, and more burdens. Be stron* though, use all that inner strength you have while waiting,

Praying for you

Hi Debs

Today's hearing was a disaster due to my mental state, I couldn't concentrate and got confused and contradicted myself. At least I saw a psychiatrist in the afternoon who put me on a new antidepressant called escitalopram and 3mg of Quetiapine every morning which may work for depression and anxiety

God bless

Hi Isap

I'm sorry the hearing went so badly. But II'm very glad you got to see a psychiatrist and were given new drugs to try.

I saw a good gp on Monday who is letting me try pregabalin when I requested it.

With prayers
God Bless

Sorry to hear this, what does this mean for the outcome. Do they take your mental state into consideration, will you have a rehearing.
