I'm at work so just finish my shift and then hopefully have time to pop to town to get my mum a final present for her birthday.

Do yoga tonight too.

I hope your mum had a lovely birthday,
I like the sound of Yoga- I have dvds on introduction to Yoga but have been wary of trying them.
...Also have DVDs on Pilates, Salsa dancing and a collection of Zumba work outs...
ooops that's a lot of information :roll: :roll: :roll:
I do tend to have collections of books, and such
so my plans for tomorrow will be putting some ..just a few items in a bag ready for the charity shop and or a car boot sale.

Ots nice to see everuone ! My plans for t2he day are feeding my neice lunch. Then picking up the boys from after school. Then dinner and I'll study this evening. Maybe I can squeeze in some exercise too. L

We had a 50th Birthday last night, our band played at that.
Tonight we have a retirement party for a 67 year old friend.
It seems we have got to that age.
I'm 54 myself

I'm exhausted by all these social events, we had my Dads 80th last week
