Hello I'm new hear,

I just wondered if anyone else is reading/working through the Pete Walker book on childhood trauma Complex PTSD: from Surviving to Thriving?

I have that diagnosis but not heard of the book. I am waiting for therapy.

Be interested to know how you find it though.

Hi amaya, the book was suggested by my psychologist and I find it a really good book, Im slowly working through it. Lots of help with how to cope with things like 'flash backs' and the inner critic most of us suffer from. I think it is one of the best £10 I have ever spent :)
