Logging in / logging out problems

Following some recent reports with regard to logging in / logging out, we have investigated the problem and we believe it has been resolved.

If you have been experiencing problems, you will need to clear your cache (browsing history) and delete your cookies. The method for doing this varies according to your browser. The following links give details of how to do so for a range of the most commonly used browsers:

it doesnt work. Like i have been saying for a while.

I have cleared my cache using internet tools.

I have performed a disk cleanup, which also clears cache and removes cookies and temporary internet files.

have defragged.

I have completed 2- 2 hour scans using 2 different virus/ malware programmes.

None of this has changed a thing.

NOW will you look at Sane's responsibility in all of this?!!!! You ignore my PM's so I have to do this publically, but it is being recorded off board and available on request.

It worked for one login ,now I can login to my account by typing any letter,number or character and no password!

No it isn't ,still just click to log in

Mine isn't. I have to click the log in, go to a different page, log in there, it doesn't redirect me have to here then I have to navigate my own way back. xx

back to clicking empty login bo again and straight onto the board. Its definately the site not my computer.
