hi, i bought a really good smoothies maker from a charity shop for £8.99 but i've only used it once,
i bought a recipe book from waterstones with simple recipes and fun ideas and i also bought the ingredients from the shop, fruits, low fat yoghurt, ice cream,
so far i have only made 1 banana smoothie and it was strong and thick and gave me heartburn,
i wish i could use it more but i am never in the mood for a smoothie, i usually have tea or beer lol
does anyone use a smoothie maker?
