The Skint Foodie

Postby stalwart » Thu Nov 15, 2012 8:16 pm

A great food blog from someone on disability benefits while dealing with his chronic depression.

The website is This guy is on disability benefits himself and, although he chooses to spend pretty much all his benefits money on food so he can eat really really well, and that's not something most of us would choose to do, he does have a lot of good advice on saving money on food shops and also cooking meals for one, as he lives alone.

I will definitely be trying his tarka dal recipe soon, as it's one of my favourite foods.

The mind boggles. :o I wouldn't seek professional help from a pest - whether reliable or not! I don't like being pestered by spammer pests who waste my valuable time here, forcing me to reply to them - just like this. Time means money! (but not to me)
