Re: I don't know what to do

Hi dragonfly, Sorry to hear what has happened. I think that something needs to be done about this, now. Asking him to see someone about his condition should be done - if he rejects, then the idea of marriage counselling could be a good idea as well. If he refuses to see someone about his condition, ...

Re: My life is falling apart. Thinking of seeing a therapist.

Hi vmorgan20,

Sorry to hear what you've been through. Definitely go and see a therapist, although I would recommend trying the school guidance counsellor to see how that works. You never know until you try! Agreed with capitalt, see a doctor as well!x

Re: Dissociative Amnesia

Hi red,

Welcome!x

Unfortunately, I don't know much about this, but someone else should come along with some insight soon! You're not being ignored, it's just that a lot of people here are fighting their own battles and so may not respond straight away!x

Re: In despair

Hi Demelza, Firstly, welcome to the forum! I'm sorry to hear how you're feeling - it can be frustrating when you have to wait so long for CBT and other health services, but unfortunately all we can do is wait. If you are willing and able to spend the money, you could skip the line and be seen privat...

Hi rsxo! :) How are you? I'm well, thanks for asking! I'm sure you'll find it much easier to talk to people on here - if nothing else, we all have mental illness in common, so that's something! On a serious note though, the community is lovely, so I'm sure you'll make friends here!x Much love <3

Re: Hello I would love some support

Hi belled, Welcome!x Sorry to hear about what you're both going through - getting a counsellor is a good thing to do, as they can be so helpful! You say that you don't feel you're doing something constructive, but even improving mental wellbeing is constructive - letting it deteriorate isn't making ...
