Hi mel, The best thing you can do is get him to go to the GP for a physical check-up, but call the GP beforehand to let them know that you're worried about his mental health as well - they may be able to discuss it during this time slot. Hi florence23, I think it's possible that this happens. From memory, oestrogen levels change during your period, and that can impact your serotonin level, which affects your mood. So I think that it'd make sense if your mood changed during your period. Not sure what you can do about it though, sorry...
