Hi sounds like your going through a tough time, it is really worth talking to your doctor he may have options to help you. If not you can reffer yourself for some CBT therapy via talking therapies. Hi amaya, the book was suggested by my psychologist and I find it a really good book, Im slowly working through it. Lots of help with how to cope with things like 'flash backs' and the inner critic most of us suffer from. I think it is one of the best £10 I have ever spent :)

I dont know about you but it sometimes helps me if I do something to help myself even i it is not going to help right now. Maybe have a look at talking therapies and see what you feel it would give you some option to get help that is not A and E though please do go there if you feel bad. Some areas ...
