Re: Looking for advice for my family

Dear Jmary,
I may be able to post some ideas that may help, but I like to mull ideas over a bit first.
I know that you need to look after your brother and your parents.
I think reading the posts of others may be of some help to you as well.
With Best Regards
B

Re: Fucking Trash

In this society we are supposed look after our young people. Can you contact Mind.org in your area and ask for a list of charities and suppo...

Re: Autumn... pros and cons

This is an interesting topic, I did mean to join in the discussion before now. I have found that a day-light light bulb is a worth while investment. I have lived in the tropics, so though I love autumn, my brain does not like the lack of bright daylight. My internal time keeping (circadian rhythms )...

Re: I just need support and help.

Dear Thalasa, Like Upwards has said, there is a lot that you have written. I am unable to read your post in full, as I feel that it is a bit overwhelming, so I can imagine that you feel most overwhelmed just now. Perhaps the thing to do would be to address just one issue. Just one. If we do not do i...

Re: Getting Help and Joining Groups and Finding Work

Just to follow what I was writing about - This mental health organisation have twice asked to see my passport - to prove that I actually was born in the UK, but apart from that have done very little to help me. I don't want to go into close detail, but I feel that I will have nothing to loose by goi...
