Re: New member

Ps. Three of the best things I have found helpful in dealing with work stress are, Mindfulness - glad to see you have signed up for a course. Not overworking - recognise there are diminishing returns when you become tired. Sometimes taking a break or finishing early can mean you are much more produc...

Re: New member

Hi I'm chipping in because I have reasonable adjustments in place at work. Re: Emotional resilience and the impact of its lack

Oh yeah. I am worried about my medication. I think I am taking it each morning but I can't have been for the last two months. One month's supply is lasting closer to two. I will have to put up a calendar and tick off my pills each day.

As you say, she felt judged, her temper was high and she has apologised, so that is something. I hope things work out between the two of you. UITA said 'It is ...

Re: work do

Hi A lot of people, including me, can empathise with that. These are the lies you tell yourself when you have anxiety through low self esteem. The over-analysis is typical. Does that sound right to you? Thinking distortions are really common. It seems to me that you are imagining what people may thi...

Re: Guess whos writing a book!!!

It's good! The honesty and descriptiveness give it a real personal touch. The voice of the writer and sense of that person give it a great flavour.
