Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Isap and Caro I hope you are well caro and I hope all is as well as can be Isap. I am just facing going to mass. I hate morning mass as my rubbish mood is still kicking around. There is no evening mass here. I plan to go to the vigil elsewhere. I can't give up mass as the link is necessary for me...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Isap That's it. We do nothing to deserve this. It is just our bad luck. Yours being a double whammy. Endurance. Resilience. Endurance. I suppose that's the trick. A friend of mine suffers badly but never says a thing unless I ask. It's easy for me to think it's not so bad because I verbalise my f...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

I think I've lost my post. I hope you get to see your psychiatrist on Friday.Isap. What a terrible country. Isap, are you naturally an optimist?..I ask that because I think that our inbuilt thinking probably goes some way in affecting our outlook in times of mental illness. I grew up to be a catastro...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Isap Mental health workers are always telling people to get involved in this or that. Adult education isn't for everyone. It wouldn't appeal to me and when you're struggling to get through the day it's a joke. There are endless courses, voluntary work iI could do but virtually none of it appeals/...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Isap I've just lost my post which is so annoying. My son is doing fine now thanks. Just a check up on Monday. All dogs are a reflection of their owners and whilst Alsations are still kept as guard dogs they actually make great pets. We had one that was scared of cats. You have to treat a dog badl...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi isap I think the world is a wicked place (sounds like JW) . Where you are is one of the hotspots for the greed and power. You are a victim of this. I sound so arrogant. You know this far more than me. I think I'm trying to rationalise it. What I can say is that it makes me very sad. and angry at ...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Isap I'm sorry you didn't get your hearing. I think you half expected it but it's still another negative in your very horrible situation. That's awful; teaching your kids what to say so that innocent people end up in prison. I imagine you'll start getting tablets of 75mg now. I take 225mg. During...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Isap and Caro It's interesting what you say about mood stabilisers caro. I take lamotrigine (an anti convulsant) as a mood stabiliser. I was told that I don't have bi polar but my mood was dipping too far. It made a massive difference. How or if this drug could relate to you Isap I don't know. Th...

Re: How are things progressing Isap

Hi Isap No need to apologise for being late. I know that you struggle on so many days. I don't know what there is after dying and for endless reasons we carry on. What I know is that this life isn't my home. When I die I shall go home. I know this isn't my home because home is a place of safety and ...
