My happy place currently is walking my dog, such a liberating time of the day, twice a day, thoughts are not wandering all over the place as there is purpose in walking the dog.

A good article.
I think the media have started to pay long overdue attention to mental health.
Doesn't fix the funding gap in the NHS but means the spotlight is more often shone on issues.
