We have finished this exercise at my work and just undertaken a survey of the people doing it.

Of those that responded 85% saw an increase in Happiness, 15% saw no difference & 0% saw a drop in happiness so I think its been worthwhile.

I have been trying to free style recently , its really hard but very rewarding. Its come off the back of attending an Improv course locally which has been brilliant for my headspace. I work for a very large employer and Im lucky that I have had changes made to my working pattern for my BiPolar type 2 disorder. I have also taken a grade & paycut for my own headsense. I had to have an Occ Health assessment but the process was reasonably painless though I know that the Manager ...

We had a 50th Birthday last night, our band played at that.
Tonight we have a retirement party for a 67 year old friend.
It seems we have got to that age.
I'm 54 myself

I'm exhausted by all these social events, we had my Dads 80th last week

My Mums partner died when they were on holiday earlier this week, a heart attack when they were away at a Warners in a chalet. My Mum coped really well with it initially but now I think its hit home as she is suddenly feeling very lonely etc. They were not really romantic, just companions, both 70+ ...

We are up to 70 folks at work now, need to carry over by 7 days so that everyone gets 21 days though now ........ good news though
