Professor Peter Fonagy, Head of Research Department of clinical, educational and health psychology at UCL, discusses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He explains that CBT is a structured therapy that focuses on specific problems and is particularly effective in anxiety based mental health disorders, such as OCD and phobias.
