SANE’s in-house services can provide you with support through a number of channels, whether you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, feelings or behaviours of your own or those of another. Access emotional support.  
A national out-of-hours helpline staffed by fully trained and supervised volunteers. It offers confidential emotional support and up-to-date information relating to mental health related issues.

Support_ForumA safe place for people to share thoughts, feelings, and find mutual support regarding mental health issues any time of the day or night. It is moderated by SANE’s staff.
