Think Twice handbooks

The Think Twice service user handbook and health professional companion guide are intended for people with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and those involved in their care. They provide simple and practical advice to help understand, identify and where possible prevent relapse.

We produced the guides drawing on research findings of SANE service users. In the coming months we will upload a video giving first hand insights of the issues covered. For now, hard copies are available FREE on request or you can download the pdf versions by clicking on the appropriate publication below.
