Service Delivery Lead

SANE’s Services provide emotional support, information and guidance to those affected by mental illness and believe that everyone affected by mental illness has the right to live a full life.

The first point of contact with SANE’s services is SANEline. SANEline is the only national, specialist mental health helpline, available out of hours, 365 days a year. The helpline is delivered by volunteers. Our volunteers are trained, developed and supported by an expert team of mental health professionals.

If you are an experienced mental health professional, for example a therapist, counsellor or nurse, who is looking for an exciting opportunity which will offer you the chance to develop new skills and work as part of a collaborative team, which is completely focused on providing an excellent emotional support service, this could be the role for you.

We are looking for an empathetic, compassionate, individual with an excellent understanding of mental illness and the mental health landscape, confidence in delivering training and an ability to motivate and develop our volunteers.

If you want to be part of an organisation which provides over 11,000 hours of one to one emotional support a year, across a number of channels, and is expanding what we offer, then please do get in touch for an informal discussion about the role or for an application pack. You can also follow the link via Charity Job or see attached job description for details.
