We are looking to appoint a Communications and Media Intern. The ideal candidate will have an interest in mental health, experience of writing web copy and handling social media.
The Communications and Media department is made up of a small team which often works under pressure, so you will need to be willing to respond to changing tasks, such as handling calls from journalists and researching information at short notice.
This is a 3 month internship from the beginning of September 2014, based at our head office in Whitechapel, East London. For the role to be valuable for the intern, it is intended to be between 2 – 3 days a week, however there is flexibility over which days and hours. Travel expenses will be paid and, along with supervision, we will offer you CV support and any necessary training.
