Welcome to the new SANE website

Created: 2007-08-21 18:25:16

Thank you for visiting our new site. With a dynamic home page updated with the latest news, easier navigation, and improved access it's now even easier for people with mental health problems to access information and seek help.

As you can see the site looks markedly different but all of the popular features -such as the discussion board and information about mental illness - remain and can be accessed using the links at the top of every page.

Our aim has been to make the site more accessible and easier to navigate. The majority of the new site's content is no more than two 'clicks' away from the homepage, and if you hit the SANE logo in the top right hand corner of every page it will take you back to the homepage.

The homepage itself has a different look, which we hope will showcase the recent work SANE has been doing, and keep our regular visitors better informed.

For anyone who finds reading the website difficult there is now an option to select from three different font sizes, and you can also opt for a text-only version. You'll find these options at the top left of every page. There's also a Site Map if you are looking for a specific page.

Visit the brand new Fundraising section for details about how to make a donation or to raise money for SANE whether that be within your community, school, university or workplace.

If you fancy brushing up on your reading there's an extensive library of Books showcasing some of the best literature on mental illness - including factual, biography and fiction. Visitors can also make their own book recommendations and provide a review for the page.

Don't forget to enter your email address in the box on the homepage to join our mailing list and receive an update about the latest news, campaigns and fundraising events.

We hope you enjoy using our new website and welcome any feedback you have. If you have any comments or suggestions please email the webmaster from our Contacts page.

The new website will continue to grow and we intend to add new features over the coming months. So please do return to see what's new.
