Operations Manager

 

Would you like to be part of a values led organisation, managing the services and volunteers that provide over 12,000 hours of one to one emotional support a year to people affected by mental illness?

Apply for SANE's new operations manager role, where you would provide high quality management and support to the service delivery team, ensuring all of our services including the SANEline, Textcare and Support Forum are provided in accordance with our model, values and principles.

Type of post: One year initial contract, full time

Hours: 37.5 per week with occasional evening and weekend work

SANE is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Trusts & Statutory Manager with significant experience of developing and implementing high value proposals/reports and generating high-level gifts. You will be part of a professional team that manages the full spectrum of fundraising, marketing, website and social media activities. The successful candidate will join a team of six.

Type of post: One year initial contract, full time with a view to becoming permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week

Individual Giving Manager

 

SANE is looking for an experienced and innovative person to maintain, build and deliver the current diverse portfolio of individual giving. You will drive individual giving programmes and activities, including cash appeals, general donations, online donations, payroll giving, regular giving, merchandise, in memoriam giving and legacies, and to increase income from these sources. SANE has started the process of reviewing and building a new website which should be up and running by Spring 2020 which should have a significant impact on donor recruitment and donations. You will be part of a professional team that manages the full spectrum of fundraising, marketing, website and social media activities. The successful candidate will join a team of six.

Service Delivery Lead

 

Be at the heart of improving the lives of people affected by mental illness. SANE is a leading UK Mental Health Charity. Our vision is of a time when no individual or family has to face the distress or isolation that results from coping with mental illness alone.

As a Service Delivery Lead, you will be part of a growing team who train and develop hundreds of volunteers each year, giving them the skills, knowledge and support they need to make compassionate human connections with our callers, who are often in acute emotional distress.

We are looking for a mental health professional, for example, a therapist, counsellor or nurse, who has a good understanding of mental illness and the ability to motivate, train and develop our volunteers, to join our supportive and collaborative team.

Type of post: Up to 0.8 FTE (Fixed term contract: initially one year, with six months probationary period). (Please note, we are interested in hearing from applicants with a range of availability including 0.4 and 0.6 FTE – please make clear in your application any preferences)

Hours: Up to 30 per week, mainly shift work 15.00 – 23.00 and some office days 10.00 – 18.00 (working hours will be set on a rota, at least one month in advance and will include some weekends and bank holidays)

Services Administrator

As the  Services Administrator, you will work closely with the service delivery team and be an integral part of ensuring our volunteer retention and recruitment programme enables us to support the thousands of people affected by mental illness who contact us for support every year. 

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled administrator who would like to work in a mental health setting and join an organisation at an exciting time of organisational growth.
