It is perfectly normal to be anxious. Being well and anxious,and worry. Do not let things get things get top of you. It may not be normal to be anxious, anxiety being cause of things..

be happy

if you worry
you let everybody down.

you wear a frown.

do not worry
be happy!

Ther are a lot of causes for mental illnes. Torment and stress at work.Learning to deal with it.

Having a glass of wine on occassionaly is good for you.
