ANXIETY and DIET/DIGESTION

I have discovered that Diet/Digestion is very important in helping Anxiety. It has certainly improved my problem significantly, especially the physical complications of anxiety

A Low GI diet is essential---It stops glucose being released into the blood stream too quickly. Also enough Stomach Acid is essential to digest food properly.

A good Website to look at is http://www.doctormyhill.co.uk. Search for Hypochlorhydria, Low Glycaemic Index Diet, and (Fermentation in the Gut and CFS) .

Any comments would be appreciated. Also let everyone know this info.
