 International Self-Care Day is July 24. I feel that self-care is very important. I do not do enough self-care for myself. That is why I am going to celebrate international self-care day.

Here are three ways I am going to celebrate the day.

  1. Take a long hot bath. This is something I love to do before I go to bed. The hot water helps my achy muscles. I enjoy using my facial wash too. ?
  2. Actually use my To-Do List. I have not been using my To-Do List lately and then I start worrying because I can not remember if I had forgotten something important. To help me stay on track I am going to start keeping a to-do list. This includes to make sure I get some self-care.
  3. Finally, I am going to enjoy my diffuser. Recently I bought two new bottles of lavender sent essential oils, I am going to use them to help me get a good night sleep.
