Being in a relationship can be challenging. Here are some tips to help you and your partner strengthen your relationship when things are tough.

Listen to each other. Set aside some time to talk about the problems you are facing and listen to each other. This skill can help focus on finding a solution.

Try not to judge each other while you are talking. This may be a hard piece of advice to follow. However, you want to see the great qualities that your partner has to offer rather than their faults.
