World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day. Please reflect on what you can do to increase understanding of mental health problems and actions to reduce stigma. By sharing your thoughts you engage with the spirit of the day and help to promote change. It's the cumulative impact of each one of us taking small, consistent actions that will create a different reality for all those affected by mental health problems. And this includes family, friends, carers and colleagues, just as much as those directly affected. Mental illness touches us all - and it's up to us to do something about it!
