Simple things to lift your mood

When i am going through a hard time, i rely on my rigid routine, the first thing i do wnen i wake up is have a wholesome breakfast, then i pray and have a relaxing shower, followed by enjoying listening to music, i then do tricks on my wheelchair, i go out out to eat and socialize, i pray regularly, i keep this routine up no matter what mood i am in. This is what keeps me well and what helps me when i'm in need.
