Exercise and me

i think the best thing for someone recovering from a mental health illness is exercise, i used to love exercise before i had my accident and fractured my c1, c2 vertebrae in my neck, because of this injury i can't do any form of exercise of physical activity. i have learnt to enjoy the simple pleasures of life and i enjoy having fun in my wheelchair, this is my ultimate exercise. i don't think i will stop doing tricks, i hope to inspire other people to enjoy being and using their wheelchair to express them selves.
