I would like to share with you some little tricks I've discovered to help myself when I'm not feeling very good and could be used to prevent mental illness , prevent a relapse or helping you to have a fulfilling life.

I'm talking about easy little things anyone can do.

The first thing I would like you to realize is that "you are always in the right place at the right time" no matter what. No matter what life brings to you, you have always the option of deciding how you want to react to whatever happens to you.

Pehaps this is the first time you hear something like that and are wondering what this is all about...... That's right...... It's much easier than we think .

Life can bring to you unexpected situations where you may feel you have lost your control and can't control your emotions anymore . Does this sound familiar to you?

If when that happens you say to yourself. " I am in the right place at the right time" automatically you bring the control back inside yourself as you are in the present .

"I am in the right place" What does that exactly mean?
That means you couldn't be anywhere else but the place you are at that moment and this is the place where you are going to make a decision about how you are going to react to the situation that means it's the right place as there is no other place to be but the present place. You are powerful now.

" At the right time" What does that mean?

The past is already gone and the future has not arrived yet. Your future would depend on what you decide in the present.

Please deeply consider .....How do you feel now that you know you have power to change things just by deciding something now?
