Happiness is a vague term, which is interpreted differently by all individuals. Personally, I associate fulfilment with happiness and being happy is what alleviates any stress experienced by myself. I find that being happy is synonymous with an improvement in general wellbeing. Often, I find that my focus and communicative skills are enhanced when I feel happy, also I do not feel as tired. Furthermore, exercise and a healthy diet also helps to achieve this. To conclude, happiness is a beautiful thing that aids to an increase in the quality of life- it should be cherished.
