Sharing tips for getting better and staying well

A lot of people on the internet spend a lot of time discussing their medication but hardly anyone discusses how to use our reason to help us to stay well. I just spoke to someone today who has been on meds for years and has never gone near a therapist who could teach her how to use simple things like using evidence for and against to evaluate the truth of a paranoid thought, or to deal with anger (and paranoia too) by taking a piece of paper and drawing a line down the middle and doing advantages of my anger in one column and disadvantages of my anger in the other column.

Could people on this blog discuss this kind of thing?
