Feeling agitated and cake in a mug

A quick recipe..... for jittery people

When I feel agitated I usually pace up and down. Today I made cake in a mug. It uses a few ingredients:

Flour 2 tablespoons
Chocolate Syrup or Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
Milk 3 tablespoons
Margarine or butter 1 teaspoon

So, you mix the ingredients into a fine somewhat thick paste. Then you put in the micorwave on medium high for three minutes and hey presto (?) you have a cake in a mug. I also do this with marmalade, coffee powder, chocolate chips, you can whip in your own ingredients substitute for the chocolate.

I sound so domesticated. I wish I was. I wish that I had my own house, own big kitchen, lovely sitting room, beautiful garden, bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. But I do not.

I am back living at home after messy divorce, and subsequent loss of self worth.

I am going through the anxiety and its getting better.Hopefully. I mean it has to get better. I am fed up of feeling so stupid and having to pretend I am okay.

Meanwhile, make a cake in a mug. And eat it all yourself.
