SANEline accredited by Mental Health Helplines Partnership Quality Standard

SANEline is one of the first mental health helplines to gain accreditation to the newly developed Mental Health Helplines Partnership Quality Standard. The Standard places great emphasis on the process of call handling and service review, monitoring and evaluation. The assessment was funded by NIMHE.
